HONGKONG-MACAU ESCAPADE!

our first international flight together! love it! yeah... it's so first! and so memorable. 4D 3N trip for us! it was 9:35 when we landed @ HK. and as for the first plan... MACAU. it was so cold and funny thing we were thinking that we can go over with the weather... surprisingly its freezing 5C hahaha thanks to mitch for the jacket! but harold? hahaha his skin turned into a chicken and guess what? he has around 4 shorts on his baggage! me i was a sort of prepared! :) so that's it!

at HK airport... we don't even know where to go first... wer looking for a bus going to ferry port. we just went straight to the concierge.. then we simply followed instructions! at last! on board on the 1st ever ride on a up and down bus going to macau port! it was just like a guessing game for us on picking up which way wer going! but swear! it was really fun! then we arrived at macau port! wooooo! i was lil scared when i saw we wer riding on a turbo jet going to macau! how stupid thinking im going to macau thru a JET? hahahaha what a heck!



it was 1 hour and 40 mins travel... and was we landed a pinoy named james came over with us offering a tour... we wer kinda doubtful.. sort of afraid being scammed! :P so harold and him take time for a lil talk and that's it! JAMES! our official tour guide! he's nice and accommodating! thanks to him for getting us a 5 star hotel in Taipa Island. @ new world...

we just put down our bags! change my dress into a winter outfit! and the tour started! 1st on the list was to buy a jacket for harold cuz its becoming a shit on his part hahaha freezing to death! we went to a mall to find one! jackets wer so cheap as in literally CHEAP! he got a blue mossimo for only 20HKD! great! first stop @ emperor hotel owned by jacky chan...

it was awesome! floors were made of gold bars!

next is the ruins of st paul, this church was bombed few years ago... we took a lot of pics on it! then we had a lot of hotel hopping that night.

went on to macau tower after! a must see tour in macau! it has 61 floors! and on the top it... it was a perfect view ever seen in macau thou it's much colder staying on the top.. we just enjoyed our 90 HKD ticket hoppin and camwhorin! hahaha

afterward we went to the city of dreams... crown hotel... we watched the bubble and dragon show! it was so amazing! were on a big aquarium then a big screen around us! we saw chasing dragons, 3D bubbles, awesome effects in one! perfecto!

got so lucky! we had a stop over @ the macau food festival... it's a once a year feast for them. we had a lot of food tasting! beers can be bought for only 5HKD! and we tasted it of course! hmmm and we liked it both! i bought 2 botts to take home in Philippines.


last stop for the night is the venetian hotel... the most luxurious hotel in macau and a fashion mall at the same time! superb! we just stayed for 15 mins cuz wer really really tired. we just had a quick dinner then went asleep!


2nd day! after dressing up my outfit with my fav boots! first agenda is the macau park and the macau grand pix! it was my first time when i saw racing cars 20 steps away from me! and what can i say! it was a big WOW!!!

after it... we went hoppin on diff casinos! we visited again ruins of st paul cuz i wanna see it's day view! had a lotta street food tasting and lil shopin on our way. it was our last day in macau! got business class ticket going to HK from venetian mall! we owe it to james! thanks so much for a wonderful tour on the land so called as a lil vegas!

i just love macau! plus it's a national boots day during our stay! hahaha and yes! going to HK again!

1st things first is to look for our hotel, we already have a reservation. this time... it's only us! we wer very tired cuz it was kinda diff to find Kowloon thanks for some residents who's been very good to us thou some of them were shits! don't even know how to speak english hahaha so its a change outfit again!

going to HK disney land!!! it's on the sunny bay station! and finally! this is it! thanks to omar and sunny for the birthday tickets they've bought for us! the disney land resort....super OMG! got so gaga when i saw mickey and minnie... had pictorial with them:)


i love the park so much... we went around... thanks to our tripod for a job well done! hahaha and for the finale... it was the much awaited fireworks! hmmm can't explained the feeling of being there and witnessing the castle with the a whole new world background...

so romantic as well! wanna go for the 2nd time! perfect! then we went back to hotel after this tour! tired again but happy bec of the loot bags i got from disney! kiddin! :) i won't ever forget the stitch encounter, had a interview session with him in front of dreds of people! and guess what? he pushed harold to say I LOVE YOU RISSA! hahaha love it! once in a lifetime exp on my list! blissfulness! just had a lil time checkin fb for 30 HKD the went asleep:)

3rd day! we woke up at 9AM.. had our ever 1st rice breakfast after 2 days! hahaha they're much into noodles and breads!

got so full then dressed up for our 2nd target in HK! the OCEAN PARK! hahaha hmmm im not so so excited for this... cuz harold for sure will push me to ride on the roller coaster! hahaha and much to say im so blessed cuz it's on renovation mode when we went in! thanks bro! :) ocean park was so amazing as well!

its so big that u need to ride a train and cable cars. speaking of cable cars!... didn't miss to exp the 10 mins ride! i was so nervous but overcome it with it's priceless view.

had also a lot of toys won by harold in the basketball game.

i also had sea lion encounter exp after being chosen by those fellow organizers! harold tried the up ride (hahaha that's what i called it)

we watched dolphin show and first time to see live pandas they're so cute and lovable. it's really a long and tiring walk roaming around the park. we even forgot to take lunch cuz wer to busy dropping off into a lot of booths inside it. plus a lot lot pictorials pic:) we didn't have much time to explore ocean park cuz of it's early closing time. a lil upset but it's ok! cuz we really enjoyed spending the whole day on it!

had dinner at kfc and bk then brewed at sbux. it tastes diff by the way! the cream chip frap! yummy :) we even tried to look for a cinema but got so depressed cuz new moon will air by dec in HK! err! hahaha just went back to hotel and take a rest for a long day on our 4th stay in HK!

4th day and the last day! had the last flight so we can still maximize the tour. we went to Ngong Ping 360.. the goden big buddha on the top of the mountain. the Ngong Ping village! it was so cold at the top of the peak! much like the 100 steps walk upward in Baguio.

we tried their ice cream and it's not melting! hahaha yummy! we wend around the place...

and indeed a Chinese culture exp

camwhore again and after a 3 hours stay we went back in the city for the noahs ark... the replica of the bible story about noah. it's on the park island... we rode on a ferry going there and we wer too late cuz the park will be closed in just a few mins when we came but it's ok! i've seen the big boat outside! hahaha


then we headed on the hotel to picked up our baggage cuz we need to be in the airport 2 hours before the flight. wer on the rush mode cuz of the long travel going to airport! how stupid that we went on the wrong gate... going to india!hahaha bought some pasalubongs then headed on the waiting area. thanks bec its a wifi free! fb while waiting for the flight. went asleep during the plane and ride. and that's it WELCOME PHILIPPINES!!!

to sum it up! it was a a really nice exp for a seasonal traveler like me with harold of course:) i love the weather during our travel... i love the places that we went in! needless to say im super blessed! so much blissfulness and looking forward for another international vacay!
